Llandudno is located in Conwy, the northern most part of Wales, straddling the north east tip of Snowdonia National Park.
Llandudno itself is a traditional seaside town, complete with a 700m pier that offers spectacular views back across the town and stony beach.
Parts of the beach are sandy so much more suited for children to build sandcastles or for those looking to pitch up a deckchair and enjoy the great views out to see.
With Great Orme Country Park just a stones throw away, you can make the trip to the top via the Tramway or the popular cable car, which is known to be the longest passenger cable car in Britain.
Whilst Llandudno itself is a very accessible town, we recommend purchasing a ticket for the Hop on Hop Off bus service so you can see every corner of the town, without breaking into a sweat. Tickets are available from around £7.50 which give you 24 hours to hop-on-hop-off as you please.
